We are working with artists in Ukraine. So, please be patient, as delivery can take up to 4 weeks.

Many paintings are one of a kind. Custom orders like oil painting take a few weeks to create & for oils to dry. Plus shipping.
So, please, be patient with our delivery timeline, as most of our items are located in Ukraine, a war zone.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return
Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 30 days post delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refund
The customer gets a confirmation email about the refund status when the returned item is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Shipping is not refundable.

In some cases, deposits for custom orders, after they are completed are not refundable.
